Sandra Zemljic

Sandra shapes ANTARES’ approach to people and organisation, connecting workforce needs, talent development and internal processes with the company’s priorities. She brings more than 20 years of experience in human resources, business consulting and organisational change.

Her career combines corporate leadership with hands-on work in recruitment and advisory. Early roles with KPMG, The Coca-Cola Company and Unilever laid the foundation for managing Antal’s Adriatic business, serving on METRO’s regional management board and leading Human Resources Services at Crowe. These experiences inform her understanding of how leadership, organisational structure and everyday working practices support a business through growth and change.

Alongside her work at ANTARES, Sandra works as a behavioural health coach with Calm Minds. This complements her organisational experience with a focus on people’s wellbeing and the human side of working life.
