Cosimo Russo

Cosimo contributes to ANTARES’ project-development work, connecting early planning with the technical coordination needed to bring a project into use. He brings more than 30 years of construction-industry experience, with a background in electrical systems, integrated planning and commissioning. His perspective keeps technical, commercial and organisational requirements in view together.

His career combines business ownership with project and organisational leadership. After managing telecommunications and network projects at E. Widmer, he owned and led INTEC Elektroplanung, managed branches at R+B engineering and worked in group-wide knowledge management at Burkhalter. These roles brought together practical delivery, the coordination of specialist teams and the transfer of technical knowledge across an organisation.

Alongside his work at ANTARES, Cosimo is founder and partner of CORUS. Established in 2016, the business developed from electrical planning and specialist site management into commissioning and data-centre fit-out. His work there connects the design of technical systems with their installation, testing and readiness for operation.
