Borut Zemljic

Borut sets ANTARES’ vision and strategic direction, guiding the company’s long-term development. He brings four decades of business experience spanning international companies and ventures of his own.

His career has connected market expansion and brand development through roles with Mars, Saatchi & Saatchi and The Coca-Cola Company, before extending into executive recruitment with Antal and commercial work with Superbrands and Brand Finance. Having worked within established organisations and built businesses himself, he brings both corporate and entrepreneurial perspectives to the decisions facing ANTARES. That experience shapes his focus on recognising potential, setting a clear direction and bringing together the people needed to move a business forward.

Alongside his work at ANTARES, Borut serves as a mentor and adviser to Young AI Leaders Zurich.
