The register update
On 2 September 2026, the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce published the change of our company name from ANTARES consult finance real estate AG to ANTARES AG under notice 1006745796. The publication followed an amendment to the articles of association on 27 August and the corresponding commercial register entry on 28 August.
Why the name change?
Our previous name listed individual activities. ANTARES AG brings them together under one clear identity, without trying to describe the company through a list of services or sectors.
Shorter and easier to use, the name reflects how we present our work across investment, advisory and development. It keeps ANTARES at the centre, with room for that work to evolve as we do.
