How the estimate works

Revenue is based on the rental price, paid GPU hours and utilization.

Your payout is the rental revenue left after the platform fee, other operating costs and electricity.

The energy estimate includes electricity used by the GPU and cooling system. Cooling service and maintenance are included in other operating costs.

The five-year estimate accounts for time until launch, gradual growth in use, annual rental price decline and estimated resale value.

Present value shows what the future payouts are worth today at the selected discount rate. Annual return is calculated from the same five-year payouts.

This estimate uses indicative operating assumptions. Final commercial terms are set out in the individual proposal and agreements.

Any direct-ownership structure, hardware identification, revenue allocation and associated rights are governed solely by the executed purchase, hosting and operating agreements.
